Coffee gravy

Method of making gravy: mix 100 g of sugar, 2 egg yolks, 30 g of flour, 100 g of cold milk with vanillin well. Put the remaining milk and 100 g of strong black coffee on a heat and, when the coffee with milk is heated, stirring continuously, add the first mass to them. Remove the boiled mass from the heat and mix with a foam of 2 egg whites.
