Custard rings

Pour water into a saucepan, add salt, oil. Bring to a boil, stirring so that the oil melts. Gradually pour flour into boiling water and oil, continuously and vigorously mixing until a homogeneous mass is formed. Remove the pan from the heat, cool the dough a little, to about 60 degrees. Then add one egg, stirring the dough until uniform after each. On a baking sheet, lightly oiled or covered with oiled parchment, deposit the custard dough (using a pastry bag) in the form of rings. Bake the custard rings in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees for about 30-35 minutes (until rosy). Do not open the oven during baking. Sprinkle ready-made rings with icing sugar. You can fill the rings with custard or glaze with fudge.

flour (160 g) 1 cup, water (250 ml) 1 cup, butter - 100 g, eggs (depending on size) 4-5 pcs., salt - 0.25 tsp, sugar powder - 2 tbsp
