Melt pork fat and butter, cool to room temperature, introduce eggs, sugar and sifted flour, knead well and leave the dough for 1 hour. Then form oblong clumps the size of an egg from it and lay them on an oil-lubricated baking sheet. In the center of each lump, make a small depression, put a baking tray in the heated oven and bake the cakes at medium temperature until light yellow. Before serving, garnish the cakes with candied fruit and vanilla cream.
