We prepare the filling: beat the cream, previously exposed to the ice, with a mixer or whisk in the cold to make a lush mass. By the end of the whipping, add the icing sugar and vanillin to taste. Cut the finished chilled cakes with a sharp knife, removing the top. Fill the cakes with whipped cream, cover with tops and sprinkle with icing sugar.
