Walnut tubes

In the dishes, beat softened butter until lush. Add sour cream with stirring, and then flour in small portions (50% of the norm) and knead the dough. Place the kneaded dough on the table, add the remaining flour to it and continue to knead for another 10 minutes until smooth. Simultaneously prepare the nut filling. To do this, pass the peeled nut kernels through a meat grinder, add sugar, crushed cardamom OR cinnamon, honey and mix everything thoroughly. Divide the finished dough into pieces weighing 50 g. Roll each piece of dough into a strip so that one end is expanded. Lubricate the dough surface with oil. Put the filling on the strips and roll them up, starting from the wide end, with a tube. Put the prepared tubes on a baking sheet, grease with yolk and bake in a hot oven. Ready-made walnut tubes can be sprinkled with icing sugar.
