Combine the flour with the cookie powder with two eggs, smalts, ground hazelnut, 80g sugar and vanilla sugar. Roll the dough into a 0. 5 cm thick formation with a rolling pin and cut out of it cakes with round shapes with shaped edges. Bake the products at medium temperature, then glue them together in pairs. For the filling: beat 2 egg whites and 80 g of sugar into a strong foam, coat the surface of the glued cakes with it and dry in a warm oven.
