Stir the flour with the cookie powder, knead well with the boiled, colander-passed potatoes, tar, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg. Roll the dough into a 0. 5 cm thick formation with a rolling pin and cut cookies out of it with various molds. Bake the products in a greased baking tray and roll after baking in vanilla sugar.
