Stir melted cold oil, vanilla sugar, powdered sugar and egg yolks, added one at a time, until foaming, then pour in parts of flour, previously combined with cookie powder. Thoroughly knead the mass, roll it into a 0. 5 cm thick formation with a rolling pin and cut out squares or rectangles of the size into a matchbox. Bake the cookies on a greased and floured metal sheet. Decorate cold cakes with warmed chocolate on top.
