This Bulgarian recipe for homemade cookies with cocoa is quite simple. A light, non-empty, cocoa-infused cookie dough does not require rolling, but is deposited from a pastry bag.

flour - 100 g, yolk - 3 pcs., sugar - 50 g, cocoa - 20 g, butter - 100 g

How to make homemade cocoa cookies: Dilute or cook thick cocoa, cool. Rub the oil with sugar, gradually add egg yolks, flour and pour in the cooled cocoa. Place the resulting mixture in a confectionery bag and squeeze it onto a sheet (coated with oiled paper) in the form of strips or circles. Bake cocoa cookies in a cooking cupboard with low heat.
