Nut biscuits with raspberry filling
Beat the eggs into foam and, stirring slightly, add sugar with vanillin, ground hazelnut core (or almonds) to them. Fill this mass with a long shape, greased with oil and sprinkled with flour. Bake the dough at a low temperature. Cut the finished loaf horizontally into two layers, fill with raspberry jam, and glaze with chocolate on top (heat the chocolate for steam).
