Then pour in the sifted flour, add the vanilla and, thoroughly rubbing, knead the cool dough. Shape the balls, a little larger than walnut, put them on a baking sheet covered with parchment, and grease with egg yolk on top. Put a baking tray with cookies in a heated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 175-180 degrees. Cool the finished products, put on a dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
