Cheese biscuits
Salt, pepper, grated cheese, sifted flour are added to the softened oil and dough is kneaded. Then several rollers with diameter of 1 cm are formed from dough, cut into pieces 6-8 cm long, bent in the form of horseshoes. Place on a greased leaf and bake for 15-20 minutes at a moderate temperature until light brown. If you overexpose the biscuits in the oven, it will get an unpleasant bitter taste, so be careful.
