Knead the dough from vegetable oil, sugar, ground nuts, flour, add zest and juice of 0. 5 lemon. Divide the dough into 4- 5 parts and sequentially roll them into layers about 0. 5 cm thick. Using a glass or a suitable notch, cut out the circles. Dip them on one side into protein, and then into crushed nut kernels mixed with crystalline sugar, and bake until light golden. If desired, the cookies can be paired in pairs and rolled in powdered sugar mixed with vanillin.
