We cut the oil together with part of the flour with a knife, pour sour cream, mix it into a homogeneous dough, roll it into a layer. Then add the sifted flour with sugar and grated lemon crust to the remaining dough, mix again and roll out the second layer (both 1 cm thick). Bake in the oven in a medium heat until light brown. We cover another hot layer with plum povidl, cover with another layer and cut into oblique pieces. Top the cookie slices well decorated with candied fruits, strips of plum pastille.
