Beat margarine with sugar, pour in yolks, sour cream, add vanillin, flour mixed with drinking soda, raisins and dried fruits soaked in warm water. Roll the dough with a roller 30-35 cm long and 3 cm in diameter, shift it onto a sheet, apply a knife, coat it with whipped protein, sprinkle it with crushed nuts and bake in the oven in a slow heat until light brown. Cut the finished rollers into small jambs.
