Sift the flour through a sieve with a slide, make a hole in the middle, put pieces of softened oil, sour cream, eggs, salt, sugar in it and knead the dough. Put in the cold for half an hour. Roll the dough into a layer 5 mm thick and a cookie tin or a cup cut out circles with a diameter of 10 cm. Grease the circles with sugar syrup, sprinkle with crushed cinnamon, fold twice and pinch the edges. Grease the baking sheet with oil, put out the cookies with a fork and bake in the oven.
