Mix the flour with cookie powder, add the wiped cottage cheese, tar, sugar and knead everything well. From the dough, shape the balls as large as a large walnut and flatten with your fingers so that low sides remain at the edges. Fill the recesses with filling, put the cookies in an oiled, floured baking tray and bake the products at medium temperature. Sprinkle vanilla sugar on the table when served.
