Oatmeal cakes
Sift through the oats and fry them lightly in 30g of margarine, adding 30g of sugar. Beat the rest of margarine and sugar until foaming, alternately adding eggs and zest. Then mix the sifted flour with baking soda and toasted oats. Put the dough in molds (or on a parchment-covered baking sheet in the form of cake cookies). Place in the oven first in the warm, and when the dough is suitable - in a hotter oven. Cool and remove from the mold (or remove from the parchment).
margarine - 80 g, oat flakes - 225 g, sugar - 125 g, eggs - 2 pcs., salt - 0.5 tsp, lemon (zest) 1 pc., flour - 65 g, soda at the tip of a knife
