Butter beaten into foam, steeply boiled egg yolks and sugar stir thoroughly, add the rest of the products (leave some almonds to sprinkle) and knead everything well. Roll the finished dough on the board with a rolling pin into a thin layer and cut cookies out of it with different molds. Grease the baking sheet with oil, lay the cakes, grease the surface with egg yolk, sprinkle with sand sugar and almonds. Bake the products in an oven at a temperature above average to a ruddy color.
