Cheese-honey triangles
Melt butter. Rinse the dough sheet with melted oil, cover with a second sheet and rinse again with oil. Cover with a third sheet. Cut the dough across in half, each half into 4 strips. Do the same with the rest of the 3 sheets of dough. For the filling, beat the cream cheese with honey and egg yolk. Put 1 tbsp. l filling in the center of each strip. Wrap the corner to make a triangle. Lubricate the tray with oil, lay out triangles and lubricate with melted oil. Bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 10 minutes to keep the triangles crisp. Lightly sprinkle the finished triangles with glazing sugar.
