Quince biscuits for tea

Stir 3 eggs, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar for 30 minutes, add butter, quince, grated lemon zest and flour mixed with cookie powder. Roll the dough into finger-thick flagella, 6-8 cm long. Grease the baking sheet with butter, sprinkle with flour and put the flagella in it, each slightly cutting rose along the knife. Put a long slice of quince into the cut and bake the products at medium temperature.
