Let's tell you more about how to cook nougat at home. Nougat at home can be based on sugar or honey. With supplements such as cinnamon, dried fruit or chocolate, you get an even more delicious and original nougat. The recipe, of course, should also include nuts.

The preparation of nougat consists of several actions. First, you need to melt the honey, then put sugar in it, and cook over low heat. Then you need to beat the egg whites and pour the finished sugar-honey syrup into them. When the mass thickens, you need to add nuts and other additives to it. Put it on paper immediately afterwards and cut into pieces. Such nougat with nuts turns out soft and tasty.
