Creamy ice cream i
Rub the yolks with sugar and vanillin, pour in the cream and put on a slow heat, continuously interfering until the mass thickens, but do not bring to a boil. Then remove from the heat, strain through gauze, cool and freeze. This ice cream can be sprinkled with strawberries, raspberries or poured with sour cream, whipped with sugar.
cream - 3 cups, or sour cream - 3 cups, sugar - 250 g, yolk - 4 pcs., vanilla to taste
