Cheese cream "old union"

Whisk the cheese, add whiskey a few drops, constantly rubbing, until a thick air cream forms. Distribute the cream over small ceramic saucers, put in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours. Serve the cream with toasted toast or oatcakes and butter.
