Starch cream

2/3 cup milk or cream boil with vanilla and sahap. dilute the starch with the rest of the milk, pour it into skippy, but not boiling milk and, stirring, let it boil. then remove from the heat and rub the cream until it cools. immediately after the cream has cooled, put the battered oil, yolk in it and keep rubbing for 10 - 15 minutes until the cream is puffy.
