Rub the eggs with 2/s of the taken granulated sugar, add vanilla sugar, pour in the milk, mix thoroughly and strain through a sieve. Pour the remaining sugar sand into a pan, wet with water and heat, stirring, until brown mass forms. Add the resulting mass to the egg-milk mixture, mix and warm in the oven for 5 minutes.
