Soak washed prunes in water, free them from seeds, wipe them through a sieve or pass them through a meat grinder. Add lemon juice (or citric acid solution), sugar and swollen gelatin to this mass. Beat the cream with a mixer, mix the plum mass in them and let it thicken in the cold. Serve in glass vases, decorated with toasted nuts and whole seedless prunes.
