Cream: Pour burnt sugar with water, add another 100g of sugar to it, bring to a boil. Then mix milk and the following mixture with sugar syrup: mix vanilla sugar, flour and black coffee with 2 egg yolks. Cook for 8-10 minutes over low heat with constant stirring. Remove from the heat and, stirring, cool.
