Almond-fruit cupcake
Rub the eggs with powdered sugar into a thick foam, add cold melted butter, cookie powder and flour. Mix the foam well with the rest of the products and add crushed candied fruit or fruits in sugar to the resulting mass. Cover the bottom of the mold with paper and bake the cupcake in a warm oven for 1 hour (sprinkle it with whole almonds on top before baking). Cut the cooled cupcake into thin slices.
