Chocolate-glazed muffins

Beat egg yolks and icing sugar into foam, add flour and strong egg white foam to it. Grease small round cakes for baking, sprinkle with flour and fill with more than half the height. Bake the products in a hot oven. Remove the ready-made muffins from the moulds and cut a hole in each middle with a teaspoon. Dip the cupcakes in chocolate glaze, and when it hardens a little, fill the pits of the products with whipped cream.
