Mix the butter with the sugar and rub with the dobel. Without stopping rubbing, gradually add 7 yolks and 3 eggs, and then flour, lemon zest, vanillin, raisins and finely chopped candied fruits. Beat the remaining proteins until fluffy, pour in the rum and combine with the mixture. Pour the resulting dough into molds and bake. Chop the cooled cupcake, serve for tea.
