Pour sugar powder with milk in a small saucepan. Put on a low heat, bring to a boil and completely dissolve the powder. Put chocolate and butter in a saucepan. When the chocolate melts, add cocoa, starch and vanilla. It is good to mix so that there are no lumps. Cool slightly, beating with a wooden spoon. When the mass thickens a little, pour the glaze on the product and level with a knife.
