Filling and icing for cake "favorite"

Recipe for making icing for cake "Favorite. " The same cake glaze can be used for any other cakes and cakes.

raspberry jam - 200 g, or cherry jam - 200 g, sugar - 300 g, water - 100 g, table vinegar - 1 tbsp. spoon, chocolate - 50 g, or cocoa powder - 50 g, butter - 1 tsp, vanilla to taste

Use raspberry or cherry jam as a filling for lubricating cakes. To make the icing for the cake, pour the sugar with boiling water, add the vinegar, cover and cook until the syrup reaches with a thin string from the spoon. Add chocolate heated in a water bath or cooked in 2-3 tbsp. spoons of water cocoa powder. Remove from the heat, stir in butter and vanilla. When the cake glaze starts to thicken, pour it over the cake and place the cake in a cold place.
