Icing in icing sugar
Sieve the icing sugar through a sieve. Pour into a saucepan, pour in warm water, add aromatics. Heat the glaze while stirring to 40 degrees. If the glaze is too thick, add water. To speed up drying, 3 egg whites can be added instead of water.
sugar powder - 1 cup, water - 3 tbsp. spoons, flavoring (optional) to taste
