Flaky jelly

Apples (without skin and core) are cut into wedges and boiled in water acidified with citric acid. Jelly is prepared on this decoction. Apple jelly is poured into the mould with a thin layer and cooled. Milk jelly layer is poured on top and cooled as well. So the layers alternate several times. Slices of watermelon and melon, grapes and apple wedges are placed on top of frozen multilayer jelly. They are poured with a layer of apple jelly. Cool.
