Milk jelly

Rub the yolks with 4 tbsp. spoons of sugar and vanillin, steam with hot milk or cream. Soak gelatin in cold water, dilute in 1 tbsp. spoonful of hot tea and pour into the prepared mass. Stir until thickened. Then pour it into a uniform or deep plate and put it in the cold. Serve with sour cream, whipped with the rest of the sugar.
