Preserved compote syrup is drained, water, sugar are added, brought to a boil and removed from the heat. One introduces lemon juice, dissolved, strained gelatin and mixes thoroughly. Canned fruits cut into thin slices are put into moulds, poured with prepared jelly and cooled well.
