Cranberry jelly

Mash the washed berries and squeeze the juice through the gauze. Pour hot water over the refuses, cook for 8 minutes, strain, add sugar to the liquid, boil again, remove the foam, add swollen gelatin and squeezed juice. Warm until the gelatin dissolves.
