Allow the gelatin to swell in cold water, then warm in a water bath until dissolved. Add sugar, grated lemon crust and warm dissolved gelatin to the kefir. Pour liquid into molds or wide wine glasses, let thicken. Serve with a mixture of strawberry syrup and rum. Rum can be replaced with dessert wine
