Jele "margulis"

1 serving

Soak gelatin in cold boiled water until it swells. We pour syrup and milk into separate pots. We put sugar in milk, citric acid in syrup (if necessary). Then add equal parts of gelatin to this and that liquid and bring to a boil with constant stirring. Filter and cool to a kisellike state. Put the jelly in a tin with the addition of rice and fruit from compote. To make it frozen, put it in the refrigerator.
