Apples baked with sugar in water

Remove the core from 10-12 large apples, fill them with sugar, place the stall on a baking sheet, pour a glass of water onto the bottom, sprinkle with sugar. Let gradually brown slightly in the oven. Sprinkle again with sugar, bake until the end. Serve cream (or milk).
