Baked apples with carrots

Select the same (better Antonov) apples, wash them with cold water, remove the seed box. Carrots grated with fine straws are put into the formed hole, seasoned with sugar sand or honey. Prepared apples are placed on a pan or frying pan lubricated with margarine. Thick sour cream is applied on top of the carrots, sprinkled with sugar sand and the apples are baked in an oven at moderate heating. To prevent them from burning, a little water is poured onto the baking sheet on which they will be baked.
