Grapes in caramel

Rinse whole grape berries well, plant water and wipe them with a dry napkin. Pull each berry into a hole with a toothpick or pointed match. Brown sugar with rum or cognac with constant stirring, then reduce the heat to a minimum. Prepare a bowl of cold water. Into boiling sugar one berry at a time for a second or two and immediately transfer them into cold water. Put the tray with washed, dry grape leaves and on them - a ready-made dessert.
