Apple curd balls

Rub 2 eggs with 1 tbsp. spoonful of granulated sugar and salt, add cottage cheese (250 g) and 1 teaspoon of drinking soda extinguished with vinegar, pour in the flour (2-3 tbsp) and knead the dough. Peel the apples, remove the core from them and grate, add 1 tbsp. A spoonful of granulated sugar. Cut the dough into small pieces, roll out and put the apple filling in the center, making small balls. Fry like donuts in vegetable oil (you can butter or ghee). Serve, sprinkled with icing sugar
