Snowballs

take 1 liter of milk, boil with 100-150 g of sugar. when it is boiling, take proteins pre-beaten in the cold with a tablespoon and throw it into boiling milk. squirrels will immediately cook as snowflakes. put the cooked proteins on a dish and pour with eggnog, diluted milk in which the proteins were cooked, or sprinkle with crushed cinnamon. serve cold.
