Beat 4-6 proteins (cooled) into thick foam. Boil 1 l of milk with 200 g of granulated sugar and vanilla. Dip the whipped squirrel with a full teaspoon into the boiling milk, turning it gently. Remove the cooked whites into a wide dish. At the same time rub 4 yolks with 1 tbsp. a spoon of granulated sugar. After all the whites are ready, dilute the mixture of yolks and sugar with boiling milk, thoroughly beating with a whisk, put on heat, continuing to beat. Do not bring to a boil. When the mixture thickens, remove from the fire, pour snowballs with it. The dish is served cold
