Beat egg whites into foam and add 1-2 tbsp. spoons of sugar. Boil the milk with vanillin and drop parts of the egg white foam into it with a teaspoon. Put the finished cereal, taken out of the milk, in glassware. Rub the egg yolks with the remaining sugar into foam, carefully introduce it into hot milk (the one in which the snowballs were cooked) and, stirring, boil. Pour the galushki with the prepared mixture and put in a cold place.

vanilla to taste, sugar - 100 g, milk - 0.75 l, eggs - 4 pcs.
