Sour cream with chocolate is a recipe for three-layer jelly made from sour cream and chocolate.

sour cream - 700 g, sugar - 250 g, gelatin - 50 g, water - 0.25 l, chocolate - 40 g, chocolate for sprinkling to taste

Gelatin is poured with cooled boiled water and allowed to swell for 1 hour. Sugar is added to the cooled sour cream, heated to 80 ° C, after sugar dissolution, swollen gelatin is added to the mass and mixed. The obtained mass is divided into 3 parts. Grated chocolate is added to one part and mixed well until homogeneous. Then the sour cream mass layer is poured into the prepared mould and cooled, then the second chocolate layer is poured and cooled. The last layer is sour cream. On top, sour cream is sprinkled with grated chocolate. Sour cream is served in cremation.
