Soak gelatin in cold boiled water for 2 hours and roll back on a frequent sieve. If you have instant gelatin, you need to soak it for 15-20 minutes. There is no need to drain water.
Add part of the cream (one third) to the resulting solution, put the container in hot water and mix the cream and gelatin well until the gelatin is completely dissolved, cool a little.
Cool the remaining cream, beat with a whisk into thick foam.
Continuing to beat in portions, add icing sugar.
Then, in a thin stream, introduce a warm gelatin solution into the cream, without stopping to beat the mass.
To prevent the cream from tasting gelatin, cream with gelatin can be flavored. To do this, at the end of the whipping, before adding gelatin, a little of any berry or fruit liquor and jam syrup are poured in.
Then pour the cream into the moulds and refrigerate to set. Enjoy your meal!
