the grated potatoes are mixed with sugar, cinnamon, eggs, lemon zest and fat. thoroughly kneaded with your hand until a homogeneous mass is obtained. this mixture is leveled with a knife dipped in vegetable oil on a board lubricated with vegetable oil, forming a layer with a thickness of a finger. small mugs are cut into a cup, placed on a lubricated sheet and baked for 30 minutes on a strong fire. They are fed to the table warm, sprinkled with vanilla sugar. From the above amount of products, about 50 pieces are obtained.
